School History

Established in the 1940s, Balestier Mixed School was located at Balestier Road. The site of the school was formerly the Singapore Polo Club from 1914 to 1941.

In 1984, Balestier Mixed School merged with neighbouring Balestier Boys’ School to form Balestier Primary School.

Balestier Primary School closed in 1991 due to falling enrolment.
