School History
Boon Keng Primary School was established on 3 January 1977 on the site of Kampong Kuchai, a former Malay kampong. The school was officially declared open on 5 May 1978.
Originally known as Sims Avenue Primary School, the school was later renamed on account of its location along Upper Boon Keng Road.
On 2 January 2002, Boon Keng Primary School and May Primary School merged to become Farrer Park Primary School.
