School History

Chong Li Primary School was established in 1981 in Ang Mo Kio. It initially held classes at Braddell Secondary School with an enrolment of 449 students. In January 1982, it moved to its own building. The school was officially declared open in September 1983.

In 2000, Chong Li Primary School was relocated to its holding premises at 6 Ang Mo Kio Street 44.

In December 2002, Chong Li Primary School merged with Teck Ghee Primary School.
