School History
Oasis Primary School was established in 2016 at Edgefield Plains. It is considered one of the new-generation schools where, besides having classes for the primary school, it also houses a student care center, a Ministry of Education Kindergarten and Kindergarten Care within its premises. The kindergarten was set up in January 2018.
Officially opened on 20 July 2018, Oasis Primary School prides itself on being a forward-looking educational institution that focuses on the holistic development of students. It promotes an inclusive and nurturing learning environment with a strong emphasis on character building and student leadership. In 2016, the school was accorded the Learning for Life Programme, ‘Lead with a Heart, Changemakers for the Future’.

School Crest
The school crest conjures up a conducive environment, in which its students are engaged and challenged in their learning. The encompassing circles represent a wholesome environment instrumental to the holistic development of its students in the cognitive, moral, aesthetics, physical and social domains.
The rising sun signifies vibrancy and passion in learning. The fluidity of water symbolises adaptability and emphasises the importance of character building. Anchoring on skills and values, its students will thrive in a volatile world.
The hardy palm tree embodies the dispositions of resilience. Staying steadfast in realising the school’s vision and mission, the school community is committed to taking Oasis Primary School to greater heights with confidence.
