School History

Punggol Cove Primary School (湾景小学) was established in January 2016 at its current site at Sumang Walk, and officially opened on 3 August 2018.

In 2017, the school developed its Applied Learning Programme known as Holistic English Literacy Programme, with the aim of providing an educational experience that meets the needs of the community and fulfils students’ learning objectives.

In January 2018, the Ministry of Education Kindergarten @ Punggol Cove joined Punggol Cove Primary School and started operations in the school.

As Punggol Cove Primary School sets sail towards a new horizon, seeking adventures and challenges, the school strives to provide a safe haven amidst a fast-changing environment for all students to play, learn and grow. The green sails represent uprightness in character, and the blue base of the yacht represents stable and strong values upon which the school will be anchored.
