School History

Radin Mas Primary School was established as Radin Mas School in 1926 as an all-boys school. In 1984, the school became a co-educational school, relocated to its present premises at 1 Bukit Purmei Avenue, and changed its name to Radin Mas Primary School.

In 1995, Radin Mas Primary School was identified as a pilot school for ‘Accelerating the Use of Information Technology in Primary Schools’. In 1998, the school was identified as an IT Demonstration School under the Masterplan for IT in Education.

In 2002, Radin Mas Primary School completed PRIME upgrading, and in 2013, PERI upgrading. Radin Mas Primary School was accorded the Applied Learning Programme, ‘Nurturing 21st-century Competencies through Computational Thinking with Design Thinking’.

In 2019, the school’s “Growth Mindset, Resilience, Independence and Teamwork programme” or G.R.I.T Programme was recognised as the school’s Learning for Life Programme.
