School History
Established in 2000, Regent Secondary School began operations at the premises of Unity Secondary School. In the following year, the school relocated to its present premises at 50 Choa Chu Kang North 5.
In 2013, Regent Secondary School gained niche status in music knowledge and skills for concert band. In 2014, the school was accorded the Applied Learning Programme (ALP) in underwater robotics and, in 2016, the Learning for Life Programme (LLP) in community and youth leadership. The ALP develops students’ skills in thinking, self-directing, problem-solving and decision-making. The LLP develops students’ character, leadership and spirit for volunteering through activities that students can lead and effect positive changes.
The school remains committed to nurturing students to be self-directed learners and confident leaders in pursuit of both academic and character excellence.
